What a Day, What a weekend for Femster Images!!

Normally most would refer to this weekend as Father’s Day weekend but I’m coining this year as Jumoke & Lano’s Wedding Journey. The festivities began on Friday as Femster traveled out to Baltimore area to cover the Traditional Engagement. Sunday prove to be the big memoral day. We started out at the Hilton Garden to capture the gorgeous bride, handsome groom and groomsmen as well as the beautiful bridesmaids as they prepared for their march. Moving onto Jesus House Baltimore we covered an exceptional ceremony, where the result was the introduction to the hottest new couple in town Mrs. & Mr. Omotade.

The reception was remarkable. We troubleshooted upon walking in the projector display, enabling one of the cameras to provide the large audience a live feed of the events on a large screen. The intro video played as guest filled the room, alongside a gobo of the couples name. In the far right side of the hall, strategically utilizing the additional projector set up, we ran the footage of the bridal party preparing for their big day in order for guest to experience the process.

The highlight of the evening bigger than the surprise Azonto performance was the presentation of the couples, “Love Story”, by the best man and maid of honor. The room filled up with laughter as the blushing bride and groom watched their story unfold so gracefully leading up to their big day.
Femster Images left his mark once again.

Ayomide & Kunle’s Wedding

FemsterImages took a road trip up to New York 06/07/12 to film the wedding of the hottest new couple in Long Island, Ayomide and Kunle. We began at the hotel where the moments as the bride dressed and prepared for her nuptials where captured. We moved on to The Coral House where we met up with the groom and groomsmen to capture shots prior to saying “I Do”. We covered the ceremony and followed the guest up to a lovely rooftop cocktail hour and down to the reception. Femester surprised the new couple and guest by projecting a display of photos and footage from earlier in the day. Love and Joy filled the event from beginning to END!!

Dipo & Funsho Wedding Video

Saturday May 19th @ 1700hrs, FemsterImages made a special delivery and headed to Baltimore, MD where client Dipo and Funsho were getting married. Femster was able to set up the projector and deliver the video for the couple entitled “Be your Man” performed by Dipo. The couple was overjoyed with the premier of their music video to their guest totaling more than 400. FemsterImages again was able to satisfy a love bride and groom delivering a great quality video on their wedding day.

Last week Saturday, FemsterImages took on a wedding video project for groom, Dipo and his lovely bride, Funsho. The locations were scouted out to shoot the video using Dipo’s “Be Your Man” song. Dipo, which happens to also be the grooms name, took on the lead role and belted out tunes to his bride-to-be Funsho. The day began deep on some train tracks found in Bowie and went out to a park in Largo to capture the couple on a bridge with lovely scenery. As the day progressed the couple became more and more comfortable playing their roles in the video allowing Director the to shoot flawlessly. The video will premier at Dipo & Funsho’s wedding reception, May 19, as the guest are sitting. Stay tuned for more projects by FemsterImages, its going to be a busy summer. Love Story Weekend shoot

What a busy weekend of shooting for FemsterImages, let me give you the rundown.

On Saturday, I had part 2 of a Wedding Love story shoot for my clients Jummy and Lano at various locations in PG County, MD. We began with a few interior scenes, troubleshooted through shooting in a room full of mirrors and then took things outside in the hot sun. We were able to capture some beautiful footage of the couple to bring their story together for the guest of their wedding to see. The shoot ended on a lovely boardwalk with the couple in each others’ arms.

Sunday, the shooting moved out to Rockville,MD were we set up shot in more of a guerrilla type fashion with client Alice and Klaus. The couple had a photo shoot at the same time so I was able to maneuver and capture the story of their love in between shots. We did all exteriors and welcomed the challenge of sunset and nighttime shooting, and battled lighting at a gas station. Now the editing process will begin…”
